The 12M26G1100/5 utilises a twelve cylinder V layout to supply high volume mechanical energy. This 31.8 litre displacement engine is built to handle continuous utility support and heavy manufacturing operations that require uninterrupted power supply.
Heat Management and Reliability
The engine is outfitted with a cooling system engineered to maintain stable operational efficiency in environments reaching 50°C. It routes coolant effectively through the engine to regulate internal temperatures and reduce component wear during long runs.
Transient Load Control
Equipped with twin turbo chargers and an air to air charge cooling array, the engine manages rapid block load additions smoothly. The system maintains strict electrical frequency stability, preventing voltage dips during sudden demand increases from heavy machinery or data infrastructure.
Emergency Cranking System
The electrical starting system uses a 24V twin battery configuration paired with a 10kW high torque cranking motor. This setup provides rapid black start activation to bring the generator online immediately when grid power drops out.
